BALENCIAGA BRAND AMBASSADORS

For the first time, Balenciaga announces brand ambassadors: Isabelle Huppert and PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn, on July 31st, 2023. Through their creative work, values, and approaches to life, these individual personas represent the modern Balenciaga community.

Isabelle Huppert is one of the greatest exemplars of her craft and a French national treasure. Having appeared in over 130 movies and television shows, she holds the record for the actress with the most films entered in the Cannes Film Festival official competition. She has also acted in dozens of stage performances, received over 100 major accolades and won 11 awards.

Isabelle Huppert is internationally recognized, not only for her talent, but for her intellectual wit and style. “Balenciaga tells a story of passion and dedication to artistry,” she says of her ambassadorship. “I've always believed that fashion is an art form and I'm thrilled to be part of this narrative.” Her first collaboration with Balenciaga came in July of 2021, soon after she became a friend of the House. She has participated in several campaigns and fashion shows—from ready-to-wear to Couture—including the Winter 23 campaign, in which she not only poses but acts, improvising comedic scenes.

PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn is an award-winning actor, singer and model. He is an icon in his home country of Thailand and all over the world for his roles in television dramas and for his refreshing, upbeat pop music. He has won several acting and newcomer awards, including the Asian Star Prize from the Seoul International Drama Awards. He has attended Balenciaga’s latest ready-to-wear and Couture shows and is set to collaborate with the House in forthcoming projects. “From the very beginning,” PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn states, “Balenciaga has captured my attention for its creativity and ethical vision. As an artist, Balenciaga's creations allow me to express my authentic self and individuality to the world. During the proudest moments of my career, Balenciaga has been my chosen companion.
